Those of you who have claims experience with a carrier under the carrier´s liability coverage know how difficult and time consuming it can be to successfully settle a claim. Most times the carrier is obligated by their coverage to deny any responsibility. Open marine coverage with Benchmark is different. We work with and directly for our clients and with our insurance provider.
We assist with assembling the needed documents, advising all parties of their responsibilities to work to keep the claim as small as possible, submitting the documents, and pursuing on your behalf to work the claim through to successful completion. This process saves our clients many hours of administration time and is a value added service.
